Follow our easy recipe below to make the perfect bevy for your summer afternoon.

Ingredients

Brewed Coffee (Chilled)
3 cups water
4 grams cannabis chopped fine
3 cups granulated sugar
3 tbsp vegetable glycerin
Ice & Cream

Directions

Step 1: Brew

Start by brewing s a strong batch of drip coffee and let chill in the fridge. We recommend a strong batch so that when you add ice, the brew won’t be watered down.

Step 2: Sweeten

Bring the water to a low boil. Slowly add cannabis, stirring frequently. Add the sugar, stirring to dissolve. Cook for 20 minutes, covered, not allowing the mixture to boil too vigorously. Remove cover and add glycerin. Continue cooking, gentle bubbles, for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture will thicken. Allow the syrup to cool and transfer to a measuring cup with a spout. Strain the syrup through a small strainer and cheesecloth.
Best kept in the fridge.

Step 3: Enjoy

Get your favorite tumbler, fill it with ice and pour a small amount of the simple syrup before filling the mug with cold brew. Add your favorite creamer, stir and enjoy.  If you need guidance on the proper dose of simple syrup, stop by the shop and ask a budtenders today!
